Project Overview
Sitewire facilitated a design thinking workshop with both Shari’s Berries team members and their clients in order to generate ideas and prototype solutions for improving post-purchase and post gift-giving experiences. I led portions of the workshop, including conducting customer interviews and wire-framing concepts onsite. I then took those concepts and designed multiple solutions aimed at improving the customer experience both on and offline.

An interactive story that illustrates what happens post-purchase, putting concerned customer minds at ease with step-by-step details.

A helpful emailed receipt for the gift-giver and a thoughtfully designed delivery notification for the gift recipient — that doesn’t spoil the surprise.
