Project Overview
Recognizing the evolving environment in which consumers interact with and make decisions regarding their health insurance and health care providers, Sharp Health Plan partnered with Sitewire to transform their website experience. Based on user research findings that emphasized the importance of customized content and simplified user flows, I designed a hyper-local, guided experience that was unique to the health insurance landscape.
